what you will like most of all is a view )) The place has everything one may need. We liked the pools, there was enough parking spots, good wifi.

To be improved

the neighborhood is still being developed, there is no restaurants near by

The best

Mainly great views from the large wrap around balcony , apart from the view of the massive building site ! Lovely area with easy walk to coastline and other attractions .

To be improved

As confirmed by the most recent other reviews the apartment stinks ! The smell of sewage comes from the sink trap in the main living area and the toilet and sink in the main bathroom, honestly it's very unpleasant. I didn't bother mentioning this to Stephan the owner as he had already blanked me regarding the complaint made to him and booking.com regarding the useless sofa bed in the main lounge area which at best slept one person not a couple, which ruined the stay for one couple out of our family . Stephan's remedy after many text conversations to provide a blow up bed to replace , totally unacceptable unless you like getting no sleep in a tent . He also offered a small discount which i explained didn't compensate and then blanked us.
