“Disappointing”

To be improved

Absolute nightmare if your have young children or you stay in apartment block 1 and have parking space on the top floor. There is 1 lift down from the top floor car park to the second floor then there is only a flight of stairs down to the bottom floor. So groceries , prams had to be carried up and down the stairs.

“Stunning views, quiet location, lacking necessary air conditioning and a bit of a jaunt with young children and luggage”

The best

The property could be amazing in high season, in low season the main pool is only opened at the weekends (sat and sun) we stayed at the start of October and our children absolutely adored the main pool but were restricted every other day to the small lane pool, not ideal with young children. The apartment itself is very good, the view is stunning 🥰however the lack of air conditioning in the apartment was an issue for us, we were all sweating every night. There is air conditioning controls in the apartment but they are not working.

To be improved

Again the lack of air conditioning was an issue. Having to walk 20mins on arrival with 3 children and lots of luggage to collect the keys wasn’t ideal. There is a reception that’s manned 24/7 within the complex, I’m sure with having a conversation with the management company it would be alot easier to have the keys for the apartment left with the staff at reception. We even asked at the complex if we could leave the 6 suitcases at reception whilst we collected the keys and alas they had no facilities to do this. Don’t let these 2 issues put you off booking this apartment. Its away from The main hustle and bustle of benidorm but the calmness and quietness of the area was fabulous. Jakub who operates the pool bar was outstanding…… so attentive and made amazing restaurant recommendations to us, the Lebanese restaurant so close to the apartments is a must visit 🥰all in all we will return to sunset drive, but resolving the air conditioning issue and the key issue would make this apartment a 5star with no question. As an apartment manager myself, it’s 2 very simple issues that would make this apartment absolutely top class
