Sunset Luxury Villa - Private Pool - Costa Adeje

Everything. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. We stayed here with our 2 daughters and son in laws. Loved the pool, sun terrace and plenty of space inside to sit also. Very quiet area and only a ten minute walk to the supermarket and shops, 20 minutes from the beach and restaurants. 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet which was great. Matteo and his partner couldn’t have been more helpful to us and contacted us frequently during our stay. There was no kettle in the villa and Matteo promptly got us a new one and delivered it. There was a problem with the phone lines on the day we were leaving and we couldn’t contact the taxi company to order our airport transfer. Matteo and his partner kindly drove my husband to the taxi rank to get us transport. Totally above expectation. Huge thank you to them. We would love to return and thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday. Would highly recommend.

I just got back from a stay with my four children in this beautiful villa. It accommodated us perfectly. It was spacious enough for everyone and it was well equipped for our stay as a family. Our host made contact with us beforehand and met us at the property and was very useful and helpful during our stay. The location was ideal it is only 20 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes away from Siam park. The villa is situated in a beautiful quiet residential area but super convenient with nearby local shops and restaurants. The nearest beach was also only a short drive away. My two teenagers were able to roam freely as they pleased exploring, they even rented out electric scooters and enjoyed checking out the night life! Whilst my two youngest had fun playing in the pool and visiting the local park nearby. Would highly recommend staying at this villa!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The interior was modern and comfortable, and the outdoor space was just perfect — especially the terrace with its stunning view. The location was ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and everything Costa Adeje has to offer. It was the perfect base for exploring the island or just unwinding in a gorgeous setting. The view really took our breath away every morning, and the sunsets in the evening were magical. The host was friendly and helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended — we would love to return!

Excellent value for money Villa in a quiet location, Very clean & fit for purpose for a weeks holiday, Matteo was a great host & in touch via what’s app a couple of times to make sure everything was ok & it was! The walk down into the Playa Fañabé area took about 20 to 25 minutes, was all downhill & we went via Supermacado way as more safer than crossing the busier roads, taxi back was €5 & never an issue getting one.
