Sunset Ocean View Apartment - Playa Paraiso

The 16th floor apartment is opposite the Britannia Inn, just up from the Hard Rock Hotel. It's in a perfect location for restaurants, and the small beach. The apartment is glamourous with lovely gold & silver decoration, and is well equipped for self-catering. You can see the sea from the side of the balcony. The pool is lovely, although the bar wasn't open when we were there. Our host was SO helpful & kind (even when I asked about things that were in the clear instructions!). We were delighted with our stay.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, located in a very good place, had beautiful views from the windows (mountains and the ocean). The host was really hospitable and helpful - we got even a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift and lots of advice about what places to visit and where/what to eat.

Absolutely loved it! Starting with the apartment and ending with the incredible views from the window that overlook the stunning sunsets and the ocean. There were a lot of quality dishes and kitchen utensils. Bright and spacious apartment in light colors. There is nothing superfluous, but there is everything necessary. There was no crib in this apartment and I asked the owner to try to find it somewhere. The day before our arrival, a new crib was delivered with new feasible linen. There were also snow-white towels without stains in large quantities. There were no foreign odors, A good residential complex with two more private swimming pools, where there are always free places, in case you do not want to go to the ocean, which can be reached in 7 minutes. Near the residential complex there are many cafes and restaurants. There are also two supermarkets, a pharmacy. Small pavilions with clothes. Nearby are such resorts as Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Not far away, if you go by car, there is a stunning beach Playa del Duque, near which there is a private parking lot at a cost of 0.027 kopecks per minute, with light sand brought from the Sahara. Also nearby are the biggest attractions such as the Teide volcano, Sim Park, Siam Mall, Aqualand and much more. But if you want to see everything, it is advisable to rent a car. But even without it, there are many bus interchanges. We had a family vacation with three children for 9 days. There was enough space in the apartment for everyone and everyone was comfortable. The owner of the apartment was simply amazing and magnificent! With a big kind heart and cares about his guests. He was always in touch and always tried to help if something was unpleasant. We will 100% come back here, even if this reservation has to be made half a year before the planned vacation.

Really nice apartment near the ocean. Nice pool, a bit cool but absolutely swimable. Not the best beaches nearby but ok. Easy to take the bus into the nice beaches in Lis Cristianos and Las Americas. Nice walk along the ocean. The host was very helpful and nice. Solved the problems we had in a great way.
