The best

Very nice two bedroom appartment very well equipped. Pool is not heated but temperature was ok (March/2025). Playa de la Arena beach accessible by foot in 10 minutes, great sandy beach for kids and for swimming also. No problem with parking of the car, still few places free behind the building.

“Overall a good area for coastal walks and hikes up and around Mount Teide.”
The best

The location was good, close to the sea front and within easy access to bus stops, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was well equipped for self catering, and although everything appeared to be in working order, generally it was quite tired with some loose fixtures, cracks in walls etc. There is also underground parking which is very useful as street parking is difficult at busy times.

To be improved

There was no information in the apartment about the local area, which would be useful for the first couple of days. Unfortunately, we were not advised beforehand that the pool was under renovation and therefore not available.

The best

The view was stunning and the apartment was clean and a good size. We had everything we needed.

To be improved

The TV only had 3 channels (1 English and 2 German) and even these kept cutting out every few seconds. I really would have liked a functioning TV as we have young kids and couldn't really go out in the evenings.
