Great location, easy communication with host, decent size bedroom and living space with open plan kitchen. Loved the pool which was mostly quiet.

Breakfast was not included. The apartment was close to all amenities.

To be improved

For 5 of the 8 days we stayed here there were adjacent building works from 8am to 6pm which were so noisy it was not possible to stay inside or use the balcony.

“A lovely relaxing place, our first in cotillo and we found everyone very friendly.”

The best

Location was really close to the beach and bars & restaurants. Decor is cool. Nice to have washing machine & coffee machine. We cooked in a few nights and there is plenty of good equipment.

To be improved

Would have been nice to have a voile curtain for a bit of privacy, we found we had to close the curtains if we didn’t want people walking past looking in. There was only 1 small pillow each on the bed and maybe another could have been an option in the cupboard. The outside metal table was rusty maybe just a paint over would make it look better.
