“Views, location, swimming!”
The views are spectacular!!! You can see both La Gomera and if the weather is good, also La Palma right in front of you. Location is great for swimming in the natural pool, grocery stores, restaurants and Titsa bus stop. The flat's very tidy and clean, and I appreciated the excellent collection of books to read. Bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
Water pressure in the bathroom is quite low and laundry machine quite noisy (in the balcony).

Amazing view, good location, all needed facilities

“Exceptional”
Amazing sunsets and view from the balcony to La Gomera, La Palma islands and Los Gigantes. Close to natural pool, restaurants, market. In the apartment we found coffee, spices, vine, water, chips and eggs, soap, shampoo, towels, several tablets for washing machine and dishwasher. Always found place where to park car and it was free.
Not far away the are several bigger hotels, who are playing music quite loudly after 9-10p.m. till midnight or even longer. There are no AC, so windows mostly need to be open and music from hotels can be heard quite well.
“Lovely apartment with amazing views, but can benefit from a bit of "personal touch"”
The flat has an absolutely gorgeous terrace which is probably why one would consider it in the first place. Los Gigantes is the last major settlement coming from the south before the mountains and the unobstructed view, facing the ocean and the dramatic cliffs, is unprecedented. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, working, studying and eating. We also really liked the location. It was our first time in Tenerife, but Los Gigantes proved perfect for us. It was beautiful, and had every amenity, but is quiet in the evenings and away from the rowdy crowds of Playa de las Americas. Equally, as we are more into mountain activities and less keen on lounging on the beach, Los Gigantes was an excellent base point for us for exploring the area around Masca, as well as getting to the Teide. Still, many beaches are less than 30 min away by your rented car so you can have that, too.
The place is excellent in most regards, but there are a few things which unfortunately we found missing. First and foremost, there is no A/C in this flat. We visited towards the end of the season when temperatures never exceeded 30C so opening all windows at night was enough, but I can imagine the place becoming very stuffy in the warmest months. Second, the place has some toiletries, but they were enough for two showers only. By the fourth day we had run out of toilet paper, too, and there is no more stock in the apartment - something which can easily be fixed. Finally, the living room lacks a dedicated working space. This is a bit niche, but as said, we both ended up working a lot of time from the apartment and we could only use the table on the terrace which wasn't ideal. There is plenty of space in the living room which can accommodate a small desk.
