“Very good house in an ideal location for a family trip.”

The best

Amazing location near the lake, which brings some silence in the evenings. The beach was located 8-10 minutes on walk - a very good spot with shadow as well. The house has a big free parking in the front, well structured and equipped kitchen (glasses, plates, pan, huge fridge, big tables with decent chairs) and all rooms with AC (which is a great needed advantage in the summer time). The terrace with grill is amazing additional advantage for the back of the house. It has pretty much everything for a family week.

To be improved

The rooms were quite comfortable, nice beds, clean beddings but some doors were a bit too noisy. By going out of the rooms early/late or using the bathrooms the others could be quick awake or disturbed a bit. Moreover one toilet was not functional during the entire week (the water flowed without stopping). Even if we noticed and informed in second day of our stay, it was checked (the water was stopped) but not fixed till the end of the week.

“Excellent, highly recommended”

The best

Fantastic base for a family holiday. The house itself is quiet and peaceful both day and night. Beach 300m, supermarket 500m, restaurants all around, 2k walk from hydro park, 3k walk to the old Alcudia historic town. We didn’t rent a car the entire stay. During the hottest hours of the afternoon we relaxed in the shaded porch looking over the lake. We also used the built in bbq in the evenings.

We absolutely loved the house! The views and sunsets were amazing and just next to the beautiful beach, the house is in a quiet surroundings but very close to the shops and restaurants. Fantastic!
