Sunset Villa Javea with private pool, padel & tennis court

It had everything we needed for a big group - space, pool, padel&tennis courts, privacy. Host was fantastic - attending and helpful.

The villa had everything we needed. An excellent padel court, very nice tennis court, swimming pool, kitchen/BBQ area were both very good. The host was absolutely fantastic, great communication and helped organise transport.

I recently stayed here with 7 friends and had the most incredible time. All the facilities are amazing and we made full use of the padel & tennis courts as well as the fantastic pool and whirlpool. Xabia is lovely and we had some excellent dinners. Nic was amazing he gave us great recommendations of where to eat in xabia as well as where to go to watch the boxing that was on. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful. Our extended family of 14 had a lovely holiday at Sunset Villa. Everything you need. Literally everything. Huge 12m x 7m pool. Amazing gardens landscaped with thought and passion. Tennis, football, padel, trampoline, 12 person jacuzzi. So many terraces and spaces to get some quiet time. Games room was much used for darts and pool competitions. Plenty of parking, good security. Three different dining spaces to seat our group together. Clean and tidy. Great communication from the hosts. I used booking.com but found out the best prices are direct on www.sunsetvilla.co.uk Supermarket with bakery and also a great restaurant nearby. Accommodated 14 people and didn't feel crowded. Already talking about coming back. Highly recommended.

A newly renovated villa with all the amenities you could wish for. A large pool area with outdoor kitchen and plenty of sport area’s such as a great tennis court. Ellie and Nic were wonderful in welcoming us and providing assistance whenever we needed for hiking trails tips or other local information. Absolutely a must visit place if you are headed to the Javea region!
