The best

Centrally situated. Good for Buses and Trains. 10 minute walk to local beach. The agent staff were very accommodating and helpful.

To be improved

Unfortunately it was very noisy with traffic as there was no double glazing unable ro watch TV unless you turn up the volume. It was also noisy with internal residents late at night and early in the morning. The air con did not blow out hot air. The agent did get us 2 oil filled radiators but the electrics kept tripping out. There were also not enough power sockets It felt like the owner needs to do a complete makeover. Wardrobe door in the main bedroom very difficult to slide. Fan in the bathroom did not work. We are a couple that likes peace and quiet. Unfortunately Sunshine apartments does not provide this.

Bath needs updating , when using shower hot water runs out. The noise from adlacent apt and the apt sbove went on until late/early hours resulting not able to sleep
