Sunshine Apartment with Sea Viev

Excellent property. Very high-spec throughout. Incredible view from the balcony. Very quiet, safe and upscale area, away from the hustle and bustle (car is essential but there is dedicated secure parking as well as on-street parking). Very communicative and friendly hosts. Small supermarket 2 mins from the property, larger one 5 mins drive. Very well positioned to explore the area.

Alexandra, the owner of the apartment is kind and with us, flexible. She was willing to wait for us late in the evening for check-in and also accepted our request to do a later check-out. The apartment was great, well equipped with everything you need. Also the view to the ocean is wonderful. Thank you Alexandra for everything.

The apartment is lovely and perfect for a family of 4. Complete with everything you need for a short break, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. The views are great from the balcony. Private parking in the garage was a bonus. The complex is very secure and in a quiet area. Would definitely recommend. My only comment would be the location. Although we were aware when booking that it was located up the hill. A car is needed as it would be quite a walk.

Incredible view, large newly furnished apartment with everything you need at your disposal. Easy parking on the street and in the private parking.

the apartment is modern and clean and you have everything for a nice stay. kitchen is fully equipt. also a dishwasher and wassingmachine. it gives you a nice sunsetview in a nice neighbourhood. its a 10 minute drive or 40 minute walk to adeje boulevard, so i would recommend a car or you can use the steps that are available all around the city. parkingspaces are available all around the apartment.
