“Better to have a flexible check in and out time as the bus in the south of Tenerife is not on time. It’s a pleasant stay”

You can have the whole apartment and there is a swimming pool upstairs you can share with other people. Near the water park. But the apartment located in the half mountain better to have a car.

The apartment was in dire need of refurbishment towels and bed linen were years old so old that they were almost thread bare we received 1 bath towel and the smallest hand towel I have ever seen when we arrived and was told if we need more to ask we were also told there would be no cleaning of the apartment ( we were there for 12 days) while we were there . The pillows on the bed were unusable only fit for the bin There were no bulbs in any of the lamps there was the bare minimum of delph and cutlery the two frying pans we as old as the towels . It is not a place I would recommend for anyone to stay . Having said all of that Chris who meet us at the apartment was very helpful anytime we needed help ( the toilet had a leak while we were there )

“Good stay but the person in charge could be a bit nucer to be honest”

The pool was so nice, the location is great. The apartment was in good conditions but the wardrobe was a bit old. They also have a leak under the sink in the kitchen but it is really small

To be improved

The welcoming wasn’t great. They put pressure to arrive and he wasn’t really nice.
