“Nice apartment but not clean, we will not return”

The apartment is new and in a good location

To be improved

Cleanliness was an issue: there were hairs in the showers, the toilet was not well cleaned, no trash can in one bathroom and the floor was dirty There was no hand soap nor shower gel in one bathroom, the showers lack a basket to place shampoo, soap or shower gel The main bedroom did not have a remote control for the fan Hot water didn’t last for more than one shower Pool was not operational during our stay Host was unresponsive to our messages Coffee maker had dirty water
