Clean and child friendly hotel. Nice and calm room in fourth floor in our experience. Every place is tidy and service polite. I like the fact that towels and bed linen are changed only if customer asks for it, environmental point of view. We spend here for a week with family and enjoyed. Stayed in one room apartment and it was really spacious for family of 3. There is lots of nice restaurants, café's and shops nearby in walking distance.

Just returned from a Feb half term break here, check in was quick and everywhere looked fresh and clean, we were given room 236 which was lovely! We had a pool view and a very large balcony, we didn't get any sun on the balcony at all as we were set back from the other rooms but that didn't bother us, the living area was huge, in fact, its one of the largest "studios" we have ever stayed in, beds super comfy and the pillows were super soft and like clouds, had the BEST sleep. Pool area was quite small and it did get busy during half term, we witnessed some reserved sunbed towels be removed before 09.30am so make sure you are at your beds if you want a specific sunlounger location. Shop onsite was great prices, the crisps and drinks were cheaper than the hyperdino next door! Staff on reception were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, breakfast wasnt the best, however, it did have real fresh orange which was good. No English bacon or omelette station which was a shame and would make breakfast more enjoyable if omelette were fresh to order. No music or entertainment round the pool besides the odd water aerobics now and again, but that's fine, we did go out a lot as the location is fab for the beach etc, we will definitely be back due to the amazing rooms, location and cleanliness of the hotel, thanks for a wonderful stay.

Close to beach and restaurantes, and a lot of the restaurantes in the area have glutenfree options. The hotel also has an excellent glutenfree section in the breakfast buffet. Family friendly hotel, quiet in the evenings and night - we had a room facing the street, and there was very little noise from the streets. Great atmosphere, nice room, very nice staff. A bit worn down here and there, but over all very nice. Great cleanliness. The parking garage is not good for large cars. We struggeled to turn around with a small car. A lot of activities for the children during the day, they enjoyed it very much. Nice pool area. Lots of clean toilet facilities around the pool area. Nice gym, and a lot of different work out sessions with instructor during the day.

Yeah, this is a great family hotel. Staff are friendly, the location is perfect and the rooms are modern and well equipped. The pool is surprisingly warm for February and the clientele are a good mix of international folk. Don’t come here expecting loud music around the pool. I’d be very happy to come again

Very well positioned. A short walk to everything, supermarket, restaurants, bar, beach. Breakfast is the reason I only gave 4 stars. It would have been 5. The cold food all looked fine, but the ‘hot’ cooked breakfast was very poor. Large pleasant room. Large bathroom. Plenty of storage. Ideal for a couple. We had a couple of issues on arrival, which were remedied very quickly by the maintenance team, who were very responsive. The cleaning was sporadic. Cleaning was for 5 days out of 7. The first week was good, the second week was not as thorough. Reception were very helpful. They answered all of our questions. They also booked us a tennis court and the taxi to get there. Smoking is not allowed anywhere. It would make sense if it were allowed on the outer, street facing balconies. People did still smoke on the balcony and vape by the pool. This is very much a family hotel, which we were unaware of when we booked. It is so full of young children, who were having a great time with Lollo and Bernie. The evening entertainment was good, but it felt like a 45 minute show with no atmosphere and nothing else to support it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed B&B and really enjoyed the hotel. Had a pool room view on top floor which got the afternoon sun and couldn’t fault it. Room was modern and clean, beds very comfortable. The food at breakfast was plentiful and enough to suit all tastes. Would definitely stay here again next time in Tenerife.
