A clean inviting space, beautifully furnished and comfortable with plenty of storage. The balcony was a great space to sit in and the view perfect and we lacked nothing

To be improved

Pool and garden area was unattractive however we did not want to use this space/facility anyway so not a negative for us

The best

Excellent beach front location in a quiet area of Costa del Sol. Lovely clean promenade and sandy beach with lifeguard and safe for swimming. Easy access to by bicycle, bus or train to more lively areas of Costa del Sol.

It is beachfront, the property is very well equipped, has everything you need! Right next to the beach, lots of restaurants nearby, a long walking alley to go downtown, we had a wonderful stay, we will be back! Everything was awesome!

1.Being made to pay a 350 euro bond to a badly rated third party before the management company Sunshine Homes would provide us with the address. Apparently Booking.com's booking and security systems are not sufficient for Sunshine Homes. 2. The second bathroom had a latrine like smell we couldn't get rid of. 3. The amount of keys and dodgy locks we had to deal with to get into the apartment. 4. A full swimming pool that had signs saying dont swim in the pool for health reasons by order of the City Council?!

The only downside I found was complicated key collection and admin was quite stressful. To receive a text on arrival day is very stressful, guests need reassurance that all will be well if arriving late, however I did get a call one day before arrival. I appreciated your help and you were there for me at midnight, thank you. Lovely place very clean, nice views. Nice quieter location but can be a lot of traffic noise front and back. Nice little pool for summer guests. Would come back, thank you for a great stay.
