“Not worth the money”

Was there for Primavera festival. Good walking distance from the site. It was very close to a large supermarket however the area in general wasn't very nice to be around.

To be improved

Place was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Not suitable for more than four. Had all the basic ammenities. The main bedroom was fine however the two other bedrooms were very small. The two single beds were extremely squeaky and need replacing. Luckily there was only one of us in this room, however if you had two it would be very difficult to get to sleep with the sound. Also the bathroom door scarped on the ground and was equally noisey.

The best

Cosy, clean flat, nice owner, no problems with check in nor check out, nice location - outside city, but close to train station. Shops and some restaurants near by, pretty calm neighborhood.

To be improved

Beds in one of the rooms were very uncomfortable and noisy, everytime someone moved even slightly... some of the rooms have windows to the staircase and since walls are pretty thin too it was getting very noisy at nights...

“A good choice of accommodation for two guests!”

The best

We liked: a brand new fridge, the oven, the sink, the kettle, a queen size bed in the master bedroom (1.40 m) and good quality sheets, the heating worked OK. The living room and the master bedroom are good size. Location is OK; you can easlily get to the centre of Barcelona - by bus, trian, tram. We appreciated very helpful info from the host before our arrival.

To be improved

We didn't like: an induction cooker (too complicated to use), a damaged frying pan, a very narrow kitchen, a very small bathroom, the other two bedrooms are very small without a window appropriate only for kids, Unfortunately, you can hear noises from the street and the other flats. It would be better if there was a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
