Breakfast was very good and location perfet.

Run by Julia and Berni who frankly could not have done more to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was superb, room was very comfortable with a really comfy bed. Julia even printed off our airline boarding passes when we were struggling to access the website. Julia is English and Berni also speaks it fluently. Superb hosts and we would recommend this accommodation very strongly.

Owners were very friendly. Breakfasts were good and varied. Place was close to the bus station and other transport.

Our hosts were welcoming and friendly but gave us our privacy. The lovely breakfast was homemade and typically Spanish. We had access.to free parking which was a big plus for us. Would stay here again if we return to Bilbao. It's just over an hour by car to catch the Santander ferry to the UK.

Fabulous hosts who communicated well in advance of the stay, and for whom nothing was too much trouble. The property is within a very doable 25 minute walk into the heart of the city, but also close to a tram stop for those with reduced mobility or less time. Great views of the hills around the city from the 14th floor apartment. Great breakfast!

Lovely couple that were very keen on making our stay comfortable. We did not even feel the pressure of living in someone’s home, given the bathroom was next to our room and our room was the last on the corridor. The window view of the city is amazing day & night and they offered us breakfast, which was kind of them and we loved it - the butter, home made bread and the pumpkin cake were so good, prob the tastiest breakfast we had here and it surprised us!
