- great view - nice terrace one can work on - location, close everywhere - cleanness - big bathroom - very comfortable bed and working air conditioning - great contact with the property administrator - access to the community pool

Location is very good. Apartment is little, but nice. Quite big balcony and very beautiful views.

To be improved

You can hear the noises from the street to the room quite loudly. The pool access for the apartment quests is only seasonal: jun-sept (The pool is open for the hotel quests, but not for this apartment).

“Disappointing”

To be improved

The fridge interior was unclean and grimy. The apartment hadn't been dusted. There were ants on the kitchen surfaces. There were silverfish in the bathroom. When I used the kitchen sink or the washing machine a load of dirt and debris came up the plughole into the bath. I wasn't informed until the day before I left that I needed to dispose of rubbish into outdoor bins. I still don't know who owned that property as they were often offline and not accessible.
