“Not a good staying!”

To be improved

The apartment is nice, but your unwillingness to solve problems has resulted in problems for us and I hope you don't rent it out again at this outrageous price! The washing machine wasnot working and we have therefore not been able to use the machine. Your representative promised to fix the problem but nothing has happened. We have therefore had to make use of friendly neighbors in the house to be able to wash. We have also otherwise noted serious shortcomings in addition to the non-functioning washing machine. - AC doesn't work! - The refrigerator cools extremely poorly! - The freezer section is not defrosted! - Not even the simplest equipment is in the kitchen to be able to cook. We have had to buy things such as whisks and knives! - Very inadequate set with crockery, glasses and knives so dull that you couldn't even cut a tomato! - The making of the bed you had done on our arrival was terribly disgusting because you used a pissed-off duvet!!! - Sheets with old blood stains were left for us to use! Terribly disgusting!!! - Substandard cleaning of the kitchen hood and on top of the cabinet! - Constant smell of sewage in the apartment! We think it's sad that you can't arrange such simple things as cleaning and equipment. We pay an awful lot of money to have a great vacation, but it has been largely ruined by your very poor handling of the rental. We have had to buy equipment, disturb neighbors to do laundry and lived with sewage smell throughout our stay!

“The apartment was well equipped and the availability of the pool added to our enjoyment hugely.”

The best

The location was very good, it was beside lots of bars and restaurants. It is also in walking distance from multiple beaches. The pool was great, there was an amazing view from it and you could get 2 sun beds and an umbrella for €5! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

To be improved

Because of the warm weather , the apartment got quite warm, however the host was very kind and supplied us with two fans during our stay to help with our comfort.

Unfortunately the water was cold and also stopped working at one stage but it was fixed asap and working fine
