The toilet seat was broken, which I would have expected the cleaner to have picked up. But as soon as we reported it the company were quick to respond and very helpful

Apartment was lovely and clean however a few things needed attention to bring it from an 8 to a 10. Toilet seat broken (held on with one bolt) reported on day one but still not repaired by leaving date. Hole in ceiling above washing machine covered badly with sellotape which was falling off Needs a new chopping board (bent like a banana) We will probably book this apartment again and hoping these discrepancies will be rectified.

Expensive. Very basic. No hot water for two days in my stay and no water at all for one day. The owners said they would provide me a refund for some of my stay, but then were uncontactable to discuss. At times it was difficult to get in contact with the owners, particularly when you had a problem. The pool is shared amongst three apartment towers, so it is very busy and not well maintained.
