“disapointed family holiday”

The appartment was clean and all you needed but the location on the back and first floor was terrible their was three bars underneath and the noise from these went all day till early morning had to wear ear plugs to sleep it should have been in the description when booking very misleading and I won't be booking with booking. Com again it ruined are holiday I would have rather been in a quiter location but their was no mention of the location when booking I think it was overpriced concedering where it was

The noise and not being able to sleep ruined our holiday sometimes the noise was so load we could not hear the television the bar underneath dragged his chairs out around 11am then dragged them back again 12 pm meanwhile the noise from his cafe went on all day he closed one day and that was great but you still had noise from the other 2 bars this should have been mentioned in the description by booking. Com will not trust to book with them in the future as obviously don't check and when you are there you just have to put up with it they charge a fortune to telephone from Spain we did complain about another issue with our first booking at the Palmeras hotel which was another booking with booking. Com and that was another disaster next to building works and in a bad part of fungerolo with shady bars and pickpockets my husband nearly had his wallet taken by a women selling flowers she was very aggressive in broad daylight walking with our family the grandkids were were very frightened it cost us £30 in phone calls but we never got moved we just had to put up with it thankfully we had a hired car so could get away from the place
