The room description stated that the apartment had been recently renovated. In reality, the room was shabby; for example, the kitchen chair was broken, the kitchen faucet was loose, and the apartment's cabinets and drawers were defective. On the day of arrival, cockroaches were found in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment manager attempted to exterminate the cockroaches, but it was ineffective. The apartment manager did not take responsibility for the condition of the room. The hotel reception informed us that the responsibility lies with the owner of the apartment. We had to change accommodations. We did not receive compensation for leaving early. Swimming pool was partly used, beacause of the renevation.

Apartment was clean, guide that greeted us was very helpful.

The bed was small and not that comfortable. It felt like a pull out bed. The staff at reception downstairs did not want anything to do with us when we had any query.
