The best

This ground floor apartment is stylish, spacious and comfortable with a nice cool private lawned garden. There is outdoor furniture and a washline for hanging wetsuits etc. A washing machine was a bonus.

To be improved

Something to be aware of the apartment is not on the road but down an alleyway - all luggage and groceries have to be carried/pulled by hand. If you are in a hire car check carefully where you park - we had our car towed - €107 to retrieve. Despite the above, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment and Punta de Hidalgo.

“Compact but great value.”

The best

Compact apartment right on top of the surfspots. You can see the waves from the balcony and even better from the rooftop. Also the cafes and restaurants are all close by. The apartment is really compact but has everything one needs. Good wifi and hot water in the shower. Great value in my opinion.

To be improved

The staircase is quite narrow so if you have a lot of baggage it is tricky to get it up to the room. Also parking can be bit tricky as parking in the front is not allowed but I managed to find parking always from a 3-5 minute walking distance.

“Perfect location in a traditional Spanish apartment”

The best

Location was spot on, gorgeous views and good value for money. Although I had issues getting in, the staff were readily available and very helpful.

To be improved

No fan! It was very hot. Also the key system with a different code for each door was a pain- this could be simplified.
