I didn't know and understand the key system. I thought the wahtsapp was phishing and blocked it. confusing; I got a contact number from an Olga, and a whatsapp from a Luciana... thought it was false. neighbours helped me out. Suggestion: just give a contact number that you can call when you arrive and someone brings the key. Than you can also ask something... And no English, only spanish... The bed and matrass must be renewed! Dirty and old...

“Lovely apartment but noisy neighbours”

The apartment is in a good location, very clean and tidy. The lady who met me was really nice.

To be improved

The walls are paper thin. You can hear every sound, especially when neighbours are noisy during the night and early hours. Asked for an invoice, twice, and never got one..
