The best

Amazing location (very central, nice busy and safe). Nice building and quiet neighbours. Lots of shops and great places to eat pretty much on the doorstep/within walking distance. Metro station was also very close. The apartment was very clean and a perfect size for a group of 4. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful prior to and throughout our stay. The check-in and -out couldn’t have been easier. On arrival, we were greeted and let in by Claudio, who was very welcoming.

To be improved

It was quite tricky to open the apartment door (there seems be an issue with the lock). The water wasn’t cold, but some of us would have preferred it to be warmer at times. Don’t think A/C was working properly, but the apartment wasn’t getting too hot. We’d just shut the balcony doors/windows and do the shutters before going out.

“Brilliant location with everything you need on the doorstep”
The best

The location was brilliant. Had a very helpful person met us with the keys - there was an initial mix up with an address but once this was sorted out the rest of the experience was fabulous. Comfortable rooms and everything you could need for a family right on our doorstep.

To be improved

Communication as we came in on the first day. Bit of a mix up with emails and addresses, but this was all resolved quite quickly and the hosts were helpful in fixing it.

Bathroom was not clean, living room was very grubby and sofa was dirty, towels had a musty smell.
