“It’s a nice location but only for people that plan on sleeping before 10 pm because of the noise sensor”

The location of the apartment is really good. The system with the virtual key is super because everyone can come and go when they want.

To be improved

Sadly the walls are very thin and you can’t do nothing after 10 pm because of the noise sensor. Someone went to shower at 11 pm and we got multiple noise complaint because of that. Sadly some parts of the apartment are already falling apart. For example the table.

“Horrible experience.”

I had a truly terrible experience at this property. Due to an error on their part, the keys to our accommodation were activated for the day after our actual check-in date. As a result, I was left stranded in the middle of the night in Barcelona—with a child and no access to the place I had already paid for. What made matters worse was the complete lack of accountability from the property. There was no apology, no attempt to remedy the situation, not even a basic gesture of concern. Their customer support was abysmal—completely unhelpful and unresponsive when I needed them most. As someone who is normally resolute and prepared, I never expected to be put in such a vulnerable situation due to someone else’s mistake. Unless you’re willing to take the risk of something going wrong—and being entirely on your own to deal with it—I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
