“This apartment works for me especially location.”
The best

Great location for us, close to family, restaurants and bars, retail shops. Cose to my grandchildrenS school.

To be improved

The bathroom needs some changes. Shower curtain not adequate for shower base and vanity needs replacing. Larger outdoor area could be tidied/prettied up, soggy mop and cleaning gear left out. Some mismatched utensils in kitchen and lack of some stuff for cooking. e.g sharp knife. Apartment would benefit with some maintenance, e.g. shutters.
