Sweet House Las Canteras

The beds were very uncomfortable with thin paper-like mattresses and a headboard that was not attached to the bed frame so anytime I would touch the headboard it would bang against the wall. There was a washing machine, but the only drying rack for clothes was a old rusty rack outside a window which I did not use since if they had fallen, there was no way for me to get the clothes back. When I reached the apartment it took me an hour to open the door with no help to be found because the door was so stiff and hard to open, I ended up knocking on a neighbours door and asked him for help. The day I asked for new towels and bedsheets, I got a message saying a person would bring them by, and if I was not home, leave them outside the door. What happened instead was that me and my son were home when we heard the door being opened from the outside which scared us since we did not expect anyone. It was a woman bringing the towels but she had a key and just opened the door but never even tried knocking first. The kitchen was filled with small bugs that lived under the sink and fridge and every day I had to kill hundreds of them. The elevator was working for the first week I stayed there but the second week it broke down and it stayed broken until the day I left, leaving me to carry two suitcases down 4 floors with my son in tow.

Bad smell in the toilet. Quality of mattress. Flat wasn’t soundproof
