“Excellent place 🌟”

The best

Spotlessly clean throughout and easy to access via the virtual key locks. Loved the numbered boxes for the shared kitchen and all the facilities were there. Brilliant location literally 2 minutes into the town. Splash pool was nice for a cool down!!

To be improved

Maybe more than 2 loungers and 1 chair on the sun deck as it was so hot all the guests wanted to be up there and the decking was far too hot to sit on.

“Great apartment in a great location!”

The best

Sweet Sevilla Suites is a very clean property, well furnished and comfortable. The location is great, lots of local bars & restaurants within walking distance. The lady who works there is very friendly & helpful.

To be improved

The air conditioning didn’t cool the room to a comfortable temperature for us. We visited in the height of summer so could’ve done with the room being much cooler as we struggled to fall asleep due to the heat.

liked Nothing the place has no staff if any issues arise you will be left to your own device, no air con in sweltering heat, broken, pool facilities are the worst 😢I have ever seen , so dangerous, no were to escape the heat and nobody to assist me, if you read back on their reviews from April till now you can see the property is aware of these issues but choose to Nothing and take payment from people anyway AVOID at all costs

I liked ,Nothing the place has no staff if any issues arise ,you will be left to your own device, no air con in sweltering heat, broken, pool facilities are the worst 😢I have ever seen , so dangerous, no were to escape the heat and nobody to assist me, if you read back on their reviews from April till now you can see the property is aware of these issues but choose to Nothing and take payment from people anyway AVOID at all costs , I have videos and extra photos that I unable to upload due to only being allowed to upload afew photos,

“Good location, disappointed with the emergency support”

Location was good. We appreciate that our issues were eventually solved and that we were reimbursed for the night we slept without the door shut.

To be improved

We faced two bad issues during our short stay. Firstly, our door wouldn’t shut or lock as it was broken. Due to the fact that there was no staff members or a reception at all, nobody could help us. We had to sleep with our hotel room door open. We tried to contact the hotel and only heard back 12 hours later. Additionally, the bathroom is poorly designed with it always flooding, and flooding the entire bedroom badly, just from one short shower. And due to no staff on site, we didn’t know how to deal with the floods and did not have anyone to help us.
