“Awesome apartment, heaps of space with a cool, modern vibe. Was in a decent location, close to Sagrada Familia. · Cons: Only downside was just having a digital key to access, I was constantly worried about losing data or my phone dying and not being able to get inside.”

The location is pleasant. A convenient application for closing and opening doors

The apartments themselves were clean, but we lived with cockroaches. 2-3 cockroaches were killed per day. The apartment managers refused to change the apartments, although they were available. They brought us food from cockroaches and set traps. It was very uncomfortable and I wanted to move out as soon as possible The renovation is old, everything is worn out and there are terrible balcony doors that are draughty

Location is wonderful for a family holiday. Also if you download the hosts's app you'll have all the information you need. Whatsapp chat very responsive.

To be improved

More flexible check out time for families would be great. Also our appartment was a little runned down and lacked some basic maintenance ( sockets not working, ac not working, windows not closing ). A few cheap upgrades are also needed , the shower basin is too small and not practical , windows are old and do not provide confort for noise or cold .
