You cannot expect the customer service to respond to your needs or even reply to your message if you choose them. When I check in, the lift wasn’t working and I saw someone else use a key to operate it, and I texted the customer service, however, no reply at all. And by the time I need to check out, the lift was not working again, and they only apologised and did nothing else. I was staying with my grandparents and was staying at 5th floor. Such a terrible experience for me to worry about my grandparents walking upstairs and downstairs, and lifting all of our luggage alone. Also,although it seemed clean in the room, there was some bad smell in the room, and the curtain and the shower holder in the bathroom were so obviously not working, and they chose to ignore before we check in.

The sofa had a nasty stain that stank like dirty. The entrance to the apt complex was poorly maintained. The keypad at the building entrance was broken. The amount of toiletry for a family of 5 was beneath reasonable. The TV settings had been changed intentionally and required a TV factory settings reset to be able to watch TV(60 minutes of troubleshooting). Some of the power connectors had charred markings of previous arc flashes. The floor tiles were uneven and caused slip/trip/fall incidents with my family. Never saw staff aware or willing to serve around the property.
