“I believe the photos are not honest and that's not good”

Location was great, keylock did not work, we were stranded, shower head did not stay in place, we had to hold shower head with one hand to shower, the pictures you see are mainly for the bottom floor, if you get 1st floor or up like we did there is no patio..

Management I assume tried to help but still did not mend our situation,

“Great location to see all the sights of Barcelona”

It was a key code entry system which worked really well as no key to collect The company had a baggage storage facility at a different premise which worked brilliantly as it was only just over a block away from apartment we rented. The room is close to the metro station and easy walk to lots of local amenities Set up is good, the kitchen is well equipped

To be improved

Room is really only set up for two people, the sofa bed is big and comfy but makes the balcony difficult to access when out as it only leaves a 12 inch gap to get through. The balcony only had two chairs which meant we had to use a breakfast bar chair which isnt ideal The breakfast has 4 chairs which means they block the fridge freezer Would benefit from a full length mirror, a shep or somewhere to put toiletries in the bathroom as the edge of the sink isn't the best when you have three people and no storage in the bedroom or living space so you end up using the breakfast bar.

“Clean and pleasant stay in central location with all the amenities”

The best

Well organised, clean and comfortable. Coffee and cleaning detergent was provided, bathroom accessories as well. Towels were nice and clean, and the place in general offered us a very good rest.

To be improved

Check-in with all the codes is always a hassle, and I believe they do not any e-mail support after a certain time.
