The best

The apartment was excellent, everything was tidy and as described to us. The location is excellent, three minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya. I will be back for a second extended visit in the same apartment.

What I liked was the architecture of the apartment, the tranquility, and the safety. Rather, everything was more than wonderful

The best

The location was great and walking distance to Plaza Catalunya & La Rambla. There was a grocery store right below the apartment. The place was clean with all necessary items. The extra toilet apart from the attached ones was very convenient since we were 4 adults and 2 kids.

To be improved

Had a terrible experience regarding leaving the luggage and check-in. I had requested an early check in multiple times after booking the property since we were travelling with kids and for over 20 hours. Eventually i was told that it is not possible (which is okay) and that we could instead leave our luggage at their office which was a 10 minute walk from the property. On reaching the office we came to know that the office is closed since it was Christmas day. This could have been communicated to us in advance. We were forced to wait at a nearby park with kids for over 5 hours with the luggage. This has been the most terrible part of our stay in Spain and 1 star only due to this.
