The apartment is good, stylish. In a good city location.
Our story was tragic: the flight was delayed, so we arrived at the apartment late (about 11:30 pm). We registered in the Sweet app. When we arrived, we couldn't unlock the front door! We tried to call - the phone was turned off, SMS doesn't respond, the app robot doesn't work, no one communicated on the Booking platform either.. We were left standing on the street with three small children, with all our suitcases, we waited until 3 o'clock in the morning, everyone was extremely tired. Then we were forced to book another accommodation, which cost us 350 eur/night. The next morning, I tried to communicate with Sweet again, but there was silence from their side.. We had to move out of the new place of accommodation by 11 am, so around 10 am we decided to extend the stay for one more night (for another 300 eur...). Then (after booking another night at another hotel) SweetInn started communicating through the app. I explained that out of the 3 days of our stay, we were already forced to spend two days in another hotel (the price for two nights with transport was 700 euros). SweetInn apologized, admitted that something was broken.. And offered to compensate for 1 night, i.e. about 200 euros, because "this is their company policy". So SweetInn is really not that SWEET, rather salty. Decide for yourself if this is the right behavior from SWEETINN..
