Great location & spacious with a lovely pool area & attentive host Alejandro who responded to messages quickly & worked hard to allow us to get in sooner than the advertised arrival time

Perfect location - good size and well proportioned rooms. Lots of plates , cups glasses etc. lovely pool. Great utilities.

To be improved

3 bedrooms without air con ( but it was unseasonably warm)! Rather narrow drive way 😂😂

The best

The villa is nicely located, in the second line with a view of the bay. It is not a modern house, more of a beach property, but it is quite spacious, with several bathrooms and plenty of square footage for the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, although with the beautiful weather in June, we spent most of our time outside on the large terrace (and in the swimming pool). Nice that there is a good dishwasher.

To be improved

Not all bedrooms have airconditioning, some have a ventilator.

It was dirty both inside & out. The pool hadn’t been cleaned. Outside sun beds were dirty, Showers leaked into corridors, one en-suite couldn’t be used due to drain smells. All kitchen cupboards were greasy. Owner had to come in on 2nd day just to clean filthy floors. Picture on website does not match property.

Fabulous villa for 9 of us Very comfortable, in a quiet location but close to the bars and shops and bus stops Would definitely recommend for staying in mallorca.
