The house was beautiful, everything we could of asked for a family holiday home. It was super clean when we arrived, facilities, pool everything was great.

To be improved

There was a few design flaws in the sense that there are windows everywhere and I mean everywhere including bathrooms. Most were private enough but the main bedroom you could see in from other balcony when in shower or bath. Luckily no one was there when we used it. Also main bedroom blinds don’t cover the whole window. Also the fact your in a building site. It did really disrupt us in the day so had to leave the villa during day to get away from the noise. Not something you want when you have paid so much money for a place.

“Superb”

The best

Wonderful brand new villa. The pool is heated so kids can enjoy even when the weather is below 20 degrees. Although there is a big construction site nearby, most days there was hardly any noise bothering our stay. The sea view is great and the position is great for visiting with beautiful beaches and good restaurant only 10-15 min drive away.

“Beautiful property in a good location (but check the status of nearby construction sites)”

The best

Stunning property that looks just like the photos in the listing. Spacious, fantastically well-equipped and with a wonderful sunset view from the pool terrace towards La Gomera. The quiet location was ideal for us and an easy 10 min walk into the village where there is a good selection of restaurants. Smart Holiday Tenerife were responsive and helpful hosts.

To be improved

We did not enjoy the noise and dust from construction sites adjacent to the property. I suggest checking with Smart Holiday Tenerife about current construction activity before booking.
