the access with the key collection was complicated, parking in the other side of the building. no elevator access to the parking. check in and check out timing are unfair. check in 4pm and check out 11am ??!!!

The location was great. The apartment was clean. Staff was responsive.

To be improved

At checkin, we were not provided with all the necessary keys for the property. We had to text staff and wait for someone to arrive with the correct keys. Very inconvenient, but they arrived within 30 min. The WiFi was horrible! The internet was very slow when it was working, however most days the internet was completely out. Therefore we couldn’t watch TV or do any work. Also, the shower head in one of the bathrooms needs to be replaced. The sofa needs to be cleaned, it has a musty smell to it.
