“Great Apartment with view to die for !!”

A warm welcome from Vinka who explained all I needed to know about the apartment. Very clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view from the balcony and close to all shops and amenities. A most enjoyable stay which I would highly recommend, in fact I have already booked for next year !!

To be improved

A couple of minor issues, it would be beneficial to be provided with a fan as it can get quite hot at night. Also the toilet flush button was broken making it a little difficult to use.

The apartment needs an over haul.. Broken fridge, outdoor chair. Electricity tripping most nights leaving food in fridge to get warm. Shower doors difficult to open/close. Washing machine damaged

“Owner responded immediately. Apt needs full overhaul.”

We had to wait outside the complex, unable to contact the keyholder on arrival. Eventually rang the owner who contacted the keyhole who then, eventually met us. We didn't recognise her at all from the photo we had seen which clearly had been taken 20 years previously.

To be improved

Broken fridge should be removed from kitchen. There is a working fridge too. Washing machine didn't work and the keyhole said a new one would be ordered but wouldn't be delivered til after our 10 day stay. Plaster is crumbling off walls. 50 steps from gate to apt door. Definitely wouldn't suit anyone with any slight walking difficulty.

Apartment was dirty and the walls were full of damp. The bedding felt damp. The curtains in the bedroom were also ripped. The apartment could be do with an entire refurbishment.
