T2, Tirso de Molina, apartamento luminoso y tranquilo

Hard to reach by car (so you have to use a local parking garage for € 30,00 per day!!) Apartment is on 2nd floor and only accessible by stairs. Hygiene: bathroom wasn’t really clean. Molt in the shower and dirty seals and corners (see pictures). The apartment can also use a touch up (old IKEA stuff), broken tables and inside renovation jobs that aren’t finished (painting etc) see also the pictures at this comment! Noisy! When we were there lots of construction work in the building were going on. Hard breaking hammer noices for several hours per day are not making you happy. We complained at the rental person, but he couldn’t do anything.

No elevator and it’s in the 2nd floor. Quite tough to get there with heavy suitcases but that’s a personal thing as women, haha. :)

The shower has a small water heater, but there was a sign warning guests. It's Europe though so we had no problems. We just had to space out our showers to be safe. The second bedroom is a little tight with two twin beds, but no issues.

Some things like door handles and doors didn’t look like had been cleaned for a while. The living room was quite small with an old sofa, surface was marked and one other seat. To be honest a minor thing but made relaxing in the evenings less enjoyable.
