Nothing. It was all great

Like many other reviewers wrote it, the walls transmit noise from the neighbors and you can literally hear when they put down a coffee cup on their kitchen table or when the kids are walking, running around - but it wasn't really a problem, because during the day we were not in the apartment and by night they were silent. This would be a problem if you wanted to work from here, but for vacations it's perfectly fine. Wifi is quick, but the signal only works from the living room/kitchen area; it wasn't really a problem for us. Please be aware there is no AC, nor heating, so in late January, early February it was very cold inside all day and all night, probably around 16-17 Celsius inside (same as outside at night). We used an extra duvet that was provided, with that it was fine to sleep without any issues. The hot water tank could be bigger, it's barely enough for 2 people if you both wash your hair, so you have to space it out when and for how long to use the shower. Despite all these "negatives", I think it's a good deal and a good apartment, we would stay here again without hesitation (except in summer when you would suffer without air conditioning), it's a good price/value ratio.

The hosts were very understanding and arranged our transfer to Puerto Rico for the rest of our holiday. I couldn't ask for any better.
