The female staff were very helpful and kind to find solutions. They were very attentive and resolved our problem. The apartment was clean and big with all equipment needed in the kitchen.

To be improved

No amenities in the bathroom just a hand soap. Far away from the city and supermarket, especially if no car (30-min walk). Male staff not helpful

“The location and customer service. It’s a lovely surfy town, not too touristy and easy walk to the main town for shops and food. Maider’s fantastic and such a warm and welcome host. She was very helpful and gave us useful tips being around in Zarautz and San Sebastián.”
