“Relaxing holiday and very clean hotel. Just needs some finessing.”

The best

The gym was great and the view from our room was perfect. We booked a full frontal room with a sea view. Also the library downstairs in the foyer was excellent and the hotel was very clean.

To be improved

The towels were very old and threadbare. I wouldn’t use them to polish my car. The soap dispensers in the shower didn’t work and it was difficult to get anyone to fix them. The buffet was ok but we got tired of the same types of food/meal after the third day.

Food was bland, and my partner celebrated her 50th birthday while there.I emailed ahead before arrival to ask if anything special could be done, no reply, so asked again when i got there only to have a price list pushed in my face starting at 35 euros for a slice of cake and a glass of prosecco.Im not tight but youd think after soending £1400 euro for a room they could have done something.

The best

The property was very modern looking and for the Spain expectation I think it was very high compared to other places you will find. The location was amazing. You literally walked two minutes to the beach and you can just enjoy the beautiful view. It’s really outstanding! The food was very good and we just ate so much and drank so much. I gained 10 kg. I loved it. I’m gonna go back for sure!

The main thing we did not like about the property is that they advertise the little spa water jet things and when we got there, it’s closed on Monday and Tuesday, which yes, it was in the fine print, but I usually don’t expect a nice place to have such a weird closure they should be open all week and in my opinion at least the hot tubs in the hot tub jets should be included in the price. I really don’t wanna have to pay extra Just to use a hot tub with jets for 90 minutes. I think they should’ve included that.

“Be mindful of the advice or do not book”

Perfect location between cala bona and millor Bright rooms, nicely decorated ( although our was stinky& no balcony) Good soundproof (although again our lucky room was next to the cleaners who always woke us up or scared our dog first thing in the morning) Although no parking, we always found something near the hotel Good shower pressure Gym has a good view (but be mindful with your stuff as it is getting stolen)

No fridge, there is a minibar which is warm inside, so we were never able to keep fresh fruits or drinks in the comfort of our room, this is incredible in a 4* hotel There is an extra tax for the dog 25€+ 12€/night- however, you are not even allowed to have the fur baby outside the room. Moreover, NONE of the beautiful BEACHES IN MALLORCA ARE PET FRIENDLY, so keep in mind before booking to enjoy and adventure with your beloved pet Breakfast is the exact same every single day, it is not bad, but it would be nice to make it more diverse, considering the amount of people who have been complaining Dinner dishes are alternating, but keeping same style and not the best quality, which is a shame and disappointment from a culinary point Be mindful with your belongings as they get stolen in common places and staff is not doing much about it, rather just closing the case in a second to avoid extra headache Likewise, make sure to request a room with balcony, I am not sure how it was decided that we did not deserve this, as we spent 2 weeks and we therefore had to clean and dry towels in the room: NIGHTMARE& totally unfair as others paying same price for more comfort The only reason we did not say anything is that we only realised after we unpacked everything& it was close to the dining place, so we were able to eat quickly and check on the doggy, who never had to stay alone before & last but not least, we had to chase the cleaners and mention to reception that the room needed cleaning, as it was always being forgotten& keep in mind to leave towels on the floor, although no instructions, but otherwise they will never change them

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views from the terrace/infinity pool area. The rooms and communal areas were spotless with ongoing cleaning through the day. Good, friendly atmosphere among guests.

To be improved

Nothing really. Wish as a solo traveller I got a discount (think this may be available for some rooms/stays?) but most hotels seem to have the same attitude towards this so can’t fault here specifically!
