Love the resort & staff. Lots to do. Great making memories with family.

First time running into issues with tourists/resort guests (not from Spain) not following resort rules/Spanish custom of keeping quiet in early morning hours. So much banging of doors, screaming at each other, screaming at kids, kids running around at 6:30-7:30am banging on our windows. Usually Guests are quiet in morning & are not up until 8:30 or 9. Tourists/Guests also lined up at pool before it opened just to lay towels first thing in the morning to claim lounge chairs at pool but didn't actually use lounge chairs all day. Was very rude and meant so many people didn't even get 1 lounge chair to share for a family of 3 or 4 and we gave ours to an elderly couple. Definitely will not return during Whit weekend/week again.

“tends: things that you missed for sure”

facilities. people/management. beds, really comfortable. better than bungalows.

fleas, management should think twice about pet friendly zone. tends are barely isolated, it means: 1) noise (people shouting, moving...that will make you not having a pleasant rest), 2) exposed to heavy temperature changes from day to night and, finally, 3) light (at 6.30 am, at summer, lets shout good morning!). anyway, it was a good experience, but for sure we will not book any more a tend. we have learned!

Nice access to the beach. Awesome environment with trees, shades, entertainment, BBQs, sports area

To be improved

Stovetop took too long to get hot. Laundry room closed a bit earlier than mentioned, with our clothes still inside, but staff helped us to get clothes back. When we first got to our stay lights wouldn't turn on, we had to ask staff and they sent a maintenance guy.
