“Luxurious base to explore the national park on foot or horseback.”
The best

Beautiful estate in the middle of Sierra de Grazalema national park. Comfortable, spacious rooms, beautiful terrace for meals. Loved the horse riding (well-schooled, well kept horses, wonderful hacking through meadows and cork oak plantations). Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

To be improved

Dinner is a set menu, we struggled a bit due to varied dietary needs. Several options for dinner in Grazalema village a 15 minute drive away. It’s really quite expensive, although a wonderful experience!

The location, dinner and staff at Tambor del Llano are absolutely wonderful. The staff cant do enough to help you and the honesty bar is perfect - really chilled for such a peaceful and relaxing setting. The pool is even better than it looks on photos and the included breakfast

To be improved

The rooms are quite basic and not wonderfully well lit, but perfectly functional.
