Tamonante rooms

The host is impolite, easily looses his temper. The room was dirty! It has probably never been maintained. I don't know how they pass inspections. I guess the corruption here is huge. There are some life threatening issues, like the rusty water heater joints. There are some health threatening issues - like the mold in the bathroom, and the rusty fridge. The sheets and the towels are stained. The mattress is dirty, there were hairs in my sheets. Everything is old, unmaintained, dirty. Broken night stand. You have a TV, but no tv channels. The window blind is dirty and not functioning properly. The bathroom drain is clogged. I can go on and go on... I needed this place for 3 days. After I saw the place, I asked the host to at least give me clean sheets. He became aggressive and told me that the sheets are clean, but they will change them the next day and they'll clean the room and if I don't like it I can **** off. What's the point to change the sheets, since I'll be sleeping in the dirty ones the first night?! I refused, of course. Just keep in mind that customer service in Booking.com is absolute disaster!!! I travel a lot. I can most definitely say that you get no help from Booking's customer service. For a lot smaller issues I'm getting instant help from the other big company, I'll spare the name, because Booking will block it. And I'll not book anything with Booking until that issue is resolved. By the way, in the past 2 months I've booked around 10 times (including some flights) with Booking. Since that, they've already missed two weeks of booking from me. Good job loosing a client!
