To be improved

Registration at the hotel across the river was annoying but the staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid for parking at the property but there is actually free parking just round the corner!

The best

Very good location just on the other side of the river. Just a short walk to old town and cathedrale across the river. Specifically during Semana Santa this has lots of advantages as one is in a quiet area but can easily attend. Facility new, clean, quiet, functional. Parking in the basement with lift to individual floor.

To be improved

Check in process a bit complicated -again- while Semana Santa was in full flow as one hat to go to the managing hotel branch first to get the entrance key. But normally no issue.
