“The location is amazing and the staff were very helpful · Cons: Unfortunately we had a number of issues with the accommodation but all staff were very helpful. We had worms coming from the drains in the shower, cockroaches in the light fittings, the plug sockets were loose, the coffee machine sparked when plugged in, the ceiling fan in the bedroom looked as if it was coming loose and the headboard fell off the wall on our heads. Some of the issues were small and in isolation could be ignored. However the headboard had electrical connections eg lamps, sockets and the controls for the ceiling fan coming through it, and was screwed to the wall. The maintenance man told us it was the weight of a person and it was screwed to a plasterboard wall which was not strong enough to hold it. It was quite dangerous. .”

“You get what you pay for. Property tired, didn’t feel safe with the fact that anyone could get to our door from the beac”

Excellent location. Right on the beach and a few minutes walk to the main strip

To be improved

We got there late in the evening so no one at reception. It took us ages to find our apartment which we had to access via a restaurant. Apartments could do with a lick of paint and grouting in bathroom etc could do with being updated. We never had maids come change towels or empty rubbish all the time we were there which was 8 nights! Saw no staff whatsoever apart from a form slipped through the door asking for our names etc.

“Location excellent, right next to the beach few minutes to bars, shops, restaurants, supermarket lots of choice nearby, sunbeds on balcony upstairs and great side sea view. · Cons: Sofa needs replacing can feel springs as soon as you try sit on it was very uncomfortable, cleaning only once per weeks stay, no soap, towels dont absorb water, bathroom sliding door didnt close properly, downstairs balcony a bit of a waste and very dark in kitchenette as you need to keep curtains closed for privacy as everyone walks past.”

“Lovely duplex apartment with great views of the sea, beach and Lobos. Excellent location for the town’s bars and restau”

The best

It’s location was excellent and we had really good views of the sea, Lobos and main beach. We evn watched a cruise ship sail by. Very short walk from the town’s main bars and restaurants but still very peaceful at night. Basic apartment (we knew this when we booked) but just what we needed and it was very clean. The lady on reception (sorry, i forgot her name) was very friendly and helpful and provided some useful tips. She very quickly resolved a minor issue for us with no quibbles (even though we caused it)

To be improved

Some of the furnishings were a little old and ought to be replaced (curtain poles were rusty). The first set of towels were not very absorbing but they were very clean.
