“That was our last stay there we won’t be coming back”

We booked room with tarace.When we arrive we said it’s not ,so they said we can move on Monday 2 days after.When I asked what time we can move I been told we can’t as they fully booked .I have to say it was very clean .Beds comfortable

To be improved

Receptionist promised us we can move apartments 2 days after that never happened.You shouldn’t say to people you can move them if you know you fully booked.Swimming pool is overcrowded as too many apartments and such a small swimming pool. That was our second stay and definitely last one. We didn’t have internet for 5 days .When we stayed 1st time it was fantastic but this time we didn’t get good experience so we won’t be coming back.There is also no kettle

Nice quiet location not too far from the beach.

To be improved

The pool hours were 1000-1800 which is quite short, 0800-2200 would be far more reasonable There were also small ants in the kitchen. I would clean up after having any food out but they would stick around. A disinfectant spray to clean in the kitchen would make it much easier to keep the ants away as all I could do was wash the counters with dish soap and a sponge which wasn’t efficient
