Great location, clean rooms. Staff was very responsive and warm.

No basics in the kitchen. No Salt, pepper, sugar, oil or scissors. There was water in the washing machine drum from a prior load. Washing machine was finicky and wouldn’t detect the door closed consistently. The coffee machine had pods from prior use left in it. Cutlery and utensils had not been cleaned properly and had food remnants from previous use. The master shower flooded the bathroom because the floor is on the same level as the rest of the room including toilet.

This was the best apartment in the best neighborhood crawling with culture boho chic vibe. Our contact Silvia is dedicated to her job and cares about the guests. She let us check in early and offered to let us check out at our leisure. She put client needs above all.

Location, view of the city, spacious, nice bathrooms, nice bathrooms, very very clean, very accommodating host

The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken when we arrived. No box springs on the beds made them a little uncomfortable, no dryer takes a lot longer to get clothes dry. However none of these would cause us not to stay here again. We’re just accustomed to so many comforts in the USA.
