We felt the linen to be inferior - at this price point I expect food 100% 300 Thread count linen

The apartment was a Good size clean and good size bathroom...

The pillows were horrible.the filling was lumpy..have vertigo so need head more raised. Not very good ...on arrival paid out 180 euro.... should have all these Extra in the price... paid 30 Euro for being late...on the way there on the bus a girl fainted we had to stop twice but wasn't took into consideration.....had to ask for blanket cold at night should have one left incase you would need it....have being going to Alicante for 9 years never had to go through all that....was there in July was a different situation......

The best

Facilities were good, washing machine, hob, fridge and freezer. Air con was well worth the extra 6 Euros per day. Location was superb, literally in the heart of the city.

To be improved

The bed was a bit small for the room. TV could do with an upgrade to one with apps like netflix (so that guests can log in on their own accounts) and wifi doesn't reach all areas of the flat.
